OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2009. Vagit Alekperov, President of OAO LUKOIL, was named among twenty most efficient leaders of the Russian business community for outstanding achievements and a significant contribution to the Russian economy.

Such were the conclusions of the tenth rating titled 1,000 Most Efficient Managers in Russia, a joint project of the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House.
