OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2009. At the opening of the universal sports hall "Biektau " in Vysokaya Gora settlement and the new premise of the general high school of Vysokоgorskaya school №1 the Prime-Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part.

The forts entity became the universal sports hall "Biektau" in Vysokaya Gora settlement. Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that the sports complex "Biektau " has been built as part of the general Federal program, attracting the funds of the Federal, Republican and municipal budgets.

After the ceremony Prime-Minister of RT and his escort went to the building of the new general high school of Vysokaya Gora – its opening coincided with the Day of Knowledge, the 1 of September. A school costing 67.9 million rubles for 340 students was built within a very short time period - within the 4 months, with demolition of the old school, and is furnished according to the latest standards. Speaking before the parents, teachers and students the head of the RT government expressed thanks to everyone involved in this entity construction, for the quality work and its completing within the short time period.

Because of construction of the new entities by Privolzhskie electrical networks, the branch of JSC "Grid Company" the reconstruction of electricity supply to Vysokaya Gora was made. These works were done as part of the program of engineering connection to the electrical networks. The considerable part of the networks was constructed and reconstructed using the new technologies, equipment and cables.

In the center of the region the distribution station "Vysokaya Gora" was replaced with block type RS produced by "Eltehnika-Volga, Ltd" with the cells KSO "Avrora". This would allow increase a lot the dependability of power supply to Vysokaya Gora, as through it are fed the industrial and social infrastructure companies as well as the part of population of the regional center. The installed modern, innovative and highly dependable equipment would allow the power engineering specialists guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the distribution station, as well as on a permanent basis upgrade in accordance with the growing demands. Till VDS "Vysokaya Gora" from SS "Vysokaya Goraа" has been laid the CL 10 kV with insulation of the cross-linked polyethylene of the 1.2 km length. The reconstruction of HL 10 kV that goes along the road to the regional center completed. For power supply to the sports hall "Biektau " was installed the new KTS Urussu EMZ with the two transformers of 160 KVA each.

The big work has been done for redeveloping the electricity supply to the new building of the school. The focus was made on safe electricity supply as the modern school must meet both the high level of furbishing and meet the safety requirements including the electrical. The grids are designed and done taking into account the possible construction of the school II turn. Non-insulated electricity transmission lines 0.4 kV were replaced with the aerial lines with the self-bearing insulated cables. They are safe and will not cause damage to people in case of their falling down or sagging. For the backup electricity supply to school №1 the 300 meters of the cables (CL) 0.4 kV from ZTS-3138 and KTS-3209 were laid.

The reconstruction and construction of the new distribution networks will enhance the dependability of electricity supply to Vysokaya Gora and the power engineering specialists will receive the considerable reduction of expenses for the networks repair and maintenance, the emergency shutdowns will reduce as well as the costs of their removing.
