Essence of claims of suppliers of heat to Apatity - in huge debts. It was saved since 2004, and has already reached 400 million roubles. Though the city spends not expensive black oil, and break-even coal. Tariffs - the lowest in areas, and the population - it is solvent. In that case - whence debts?

The director of branch "Kola" of Open Society "TGK - 1" Alexander Antipov considers: "the specification on utilities Is underestimated - to the population the smaller sum is exposed, we rather than expose in "Apatityenergo".

For power waited, that Apatity will address in committee on tariff regulation. Have not waited. Then TGK has offered other scheme.

As Alexander Antipov has told: "We will be engaged in gathering of money from the population in Apatity, we will conclude contracts, because we the interested party. And all will spend money which really earn. But have come across obstacles. Everything has been made to tighten process of change of a contractual design".

The city promised time and again, that will pay off, but instead - municipal enterprise " Apatityenergo ". As a result there was a structure doomed - according to TGK - on bankruptcy. After all Open Society actives it is estimated in 30 - 35 million roubles, and the debts which have passed by right of succession - nearby 300. To pay off there is nothing. Besides, Open Society has not passed yet certification in "Rostehnadzore" and has no right on bezdogovornuju delivery of power resources. In such situation TGK is to direct to defaulters of the notice on restriction of giving of hot water.

Though boiler-houses by the winter are ready.

Alexander Antipov speaks: "We supplied schools, hospitals, socially significant objects. We continue supply consumers which have no debts".

What will be with the others? If the thermal power station gives up to debtors a city, most likely, to address in Office of Public Prosecutor, and it will oblige to warm a city free of charge. So already was. But so cannot proceed infinitely.
