OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2009. Azerbaijan’s Bank Respublika has convoked an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders.

The Bank reports that the shareholders will gather for the meeting at 10 am on 30 October 2009 in its head office (add: 21, Khagani Street).

“The meeting participants will cover matter of signing of a deal with international financial institutions and other issues,” it was informed.
