OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2009. Tolmachevo Airport bought equipment to the amount of more than 7 million rubles for emergency and evacuation operations with aircraft.

Integrated equipment includes:

- Emergency lifts of varying capacity (made in China) for emergency recovery of aircraft.

Tolmachevo Airport also bought equipment produced in Russia.

- Set for towing emergency aircraft.

- Device for lifting emergency aircraft on the wing.

- Device for lifting the emergency aircraft for the forward fuselage.

This emergency and evacuation equipment may be used for rescue work with all types of aircrafts- both foreign and domestic production. Specifications of equipment satisfy with the recommendations of aircraft’s manufacturers (Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and others).

Run equipment at the airport of Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) is engineering and aviation service (IAS), whose staff have been trained and received certification to operate.

Engineering and aviation service will use these equipment. Staff has been trained and received operation certificate.
