OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2009. SEB will be financing the purchase of winter gas by Eesti Gaas from Gazprom with a loan to the value of 37 million euros (ca. 580 million kroons), reported the press-centre of SEB.

“SEB and Eesti Gaas have been working together for a long time, so we’re happy to provide the funding for their purchase of the gas, which will boost their winter reserves,” explained Allan Parik, the Deputy Director of SEB’s Corporates & Institutions Area.

“They’re a core infrastructure company, so making sure they have the resources they need is vital to Estonia’s economy.”
