SAT & Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that on October 22, 2009 at 15:00 starts its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The agenda only issue is making changes and additions to the company charter and its new version approval.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 38, Tulebaev Str., conference hall.

In case of the quorum absence the company shareholders meeting will be held on October 23, 2009 at 15:00 at the above address.

The meeting agenda materials will be available for shareholder 10 days before the meeting implementation date.
