OREANDA-NEWS. September 25, 2009. JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) made the following decisions (in the form of the absentee voting), reported the press-centre of Polymetal:

To elect Management Board members.

To define the number of Management Board members as 4 (four), including the Chief Executive Officer who shall be the member of the Management Board and its Chairman by virtue of his position.

To approve the following Management Board members for the three year term:
Igor Venatovsky;
Valery Tsyplakov;
Sergey Cherkashin.
