According to the decision of the general stockholders’ meeting of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE”, which took place September 22, 2009, Yurij Atanasov was assigned CEO of the company for the term of 3 years. The decision is made within the framework of the general strategy of improvement and efficiency raise of the management system in the companies of the Holding Centravis, including CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” — one of the world biggest manufacturers and exporters of seamless stainless tubes.

Today, Yurij Atanasov, being one of the stockholders, combines the key managing positions both in the structure of the Holding itself and in the structure of the company, the latter being its only production platform. Yurij Atanasov is СЕО of the Holding Centravis ltd. (Limassol city, Cyprus) and CEO of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” (Nikopol city, Dnepropetrovsk).

Vitaliy Lyutyk, who had been occupying position of CEO since October 15, 2007, was assigned HR and administrative director of “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE”.
