OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2009. Delegations of ZAO Spetsneftetrans and a number of subsidiaries of OAO Lukoil, large corporate clients and customers of KAMAZ trucks and special equipment arrived at KAMAZ with a three-day visit.

The delegation was headed by Director General of ZAO Spetsneftetrans Mikhail Smolyaev. KAMAZ offered its guests a rather eventful working program. The transport workers from 12 regions of oil production and processing in Russia acquainted themselves with a production complex and new KAMAZ automobile equipment. They visited a building of OAO KAMAZ-Diesel and Cummins Kama Joint Russian-American Venture located there, the mother assembly conveyor of Automobile Plant, saw Remdiesel production areas.

The program of the visit included acquaintance with new models of serial and prospective KAMAZ and Daimler automobile equipment. The guests were invited to KAMAZ-Master Motor Sport Center in the R&D Center. Then they saw a test drive of new KAMAZ truck models on the test area. They also visited OOO Raritek, KAMAZ’s partner in gas-powered vehicle production.

A round table was held in the company’s head office. The participants of the round table were the representatives of ZAO Spetsneftetrans, subsidiaries of Lukoil and KAMAZ Inc. They discussed issues of mutually advantageous cooperation there. The guests saw presentations of KAMAZ Inc. and its strategic partner – Daimler automobile company.
