OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2009. TMM Company has put into operation its premium-class residential building "Flamingo" at 13, Bakulina st, Kharkiv. As of today, the whole scope of construction-assembly and fine finishing works has been completed and surrounding area has been landscaped. Further maintenance services for the building will be provided by TMM's maintenance department.

TMM Company acted as both an investor and a general contractor of the project. The investments into the project amounted to around UAH 20 million. The construction works were carried out from December 2006 to August 2009.

Flamingo residential project represents a reconstruction of an old building at 13, Bakulina st, Kharkiv with two additional storeys for two-level apartments built on top of the house. Flamingo residential project is located in the center of the city not far from "Nauchnaya" metro station, Gorky Park, Dynamo stadium and Svobody square.

The total area of a 7-storeyed building is 5.3 thousand sq m, including residential sellable area of 3.6 thousand sq m. The building includes 22 apartments with the total area from 110 to 290 sq m and ceiling height of 3.5 m. Each apartment has its own heating and hot water supply systems. 24/7 security and video surveillance is provided for the building area. The project also includes a roofed above-ground parking and commercial premises on the 1st floor of the building.

As of the date of putting the project into operation 11 out of 22 apartments (47% of the total residential area) were pre-sold. Currently the sales of apartments in the project are in progress.

Flamingo is the 6th project realized by TMM in Kharkiv. The total area of the TMM's projects in Kharkiv amounts to 70 thousand sq m, including such projects as Atoll business-class complex on Klaptsova st, Chichikov Hotel and deluxe-class townhouses on Demchenko st.

Currently TMM has 6 projects with the total area of 330 thousand sq m under active construction in Kyiv and Kharkiv. The level of the projects' completion is from 65% to 95%.
