OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2009. District Administrative Court in Kiev has blocked Odessa Portside Plant (OPP) privatization at the suit of Dneproazot controlled by Privat Group. Management of Dneproazot considers that condition of tender are preferential for Russian Sibur.

In Millennium Capital's opinion there is no chance to privatize OPP at a stated time, and Millennium Capital should expect a subsequent tender after the Presidential Elections.
