OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2009. ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has concluded an insurance contract, covering a mortgaged upscale apartment located in the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg. The contractual insurance amount is 25,025,184 roubles, and the insured beneficiary is JSCB Absolut Bank, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The concluded insurance contract contemplates protection of the following elements of the insured apartment with space of 157.3 sq. m.: furnishing, plumbing systems and structural elements against the full package of risks, which includes: fire, explosion, lightning stroke, aircraft impact, burglary, robbery, brigandage; unlawful third-party actions, flood, natural disasters, costs of rescuing the property damaged as a result of the insured accident.

The insurance period is 1 year.
