OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent for Uralsviazinform, OJSC, to pay interest on the seventh coupon of the company’s Series 07 bonds.
The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 16% per annum, or 79 rubles 78 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid 239,340,000 rubles 00 kopecks in coupon interest, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Uralsviazinform floated its issue of six-year Series 07 bonds on March 21, 2006, to raise 3 billion rubles, with Sviaz-Bank acting as managing underwriter of the issue.

Uralsviazinform also has its issues of Series 06 and Series 08 bonds in circulation.
