OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2009. The term for applications of OPP privatization ended on 21 of September 2009. The State Property Fund does not disclose all competitors before it has not permitted them to take part in privatization. According to preliminary data there are three companies, which applicated  to take part in privatization OPP. They are Sibur (Russia) controlled company, and companies affiliated with Mr. I.Kolomoisky and Mr. K.Grigorishyn.

As we commented earlier, the number of participants was cut because of high risk of illegitimacy of this privatization. But this reason does not stop foresaid persons, who continue to fight for this Company.
