OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2009. JSC Alliance Bank (the “Bank”) is pleased to announce that the Specialised Financial Court of Almaty (the “Court”) has approved the Bank’s application for restructuring by a decision dated 18 September 2009.

The Court’s approval of the Bank’s application initiates the restructuring process under the new bank restructuring legislation in Kazakhstan and is an important step towards the restructuring and recapitalisation of the Bank. The decision came into effect on 18 September 2009.
