Sberbank Signed Agreement with Kazmekhanomontazh & Avtomatika
OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2009. Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia signed the cooperation agreement with Kazmekhanomontazh and Avtomatika, which enter the Promstroi group of companies, reported the press-centre of KASE.
Within this agreement Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia opens the credit line to accumulate turnover resources of Kazmekhanomontazh and Avtomatika. These investments will allow implementing construction an oil-loading terminal in Aktobe, Uralsk, Astana. In addition, the parties will cooperate on banking services provision to these companies employees.
Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia is the universal bank with the balanced traditional quality, stability and modern technologies and at present the bank cooperates with the largest world banks and has experience of working with clients and partners in all sector of economy.
The bank assets for 8 months of 2009 increased more than by two times and made up KZT198.3 bn against KZT97.5 bn as of January 1, 2009. legal entities deposits increased almost by 3 times and made up KZT79.2 bn against KZT28.4 bn as of January 1, 2009, individuals deposits increased by 5 times and made up KZT63.0 bn against KZT11.5 bn as of January 1, 2009. As of September 1, 2009 the own capital made up KZT35.6 bn, net income KZT1.1 bn. As of August 1, 2009 the bank takes the 6th place on the own capital size, the 8th place on net income and the 13th place on STB assets rating in Kazakhstan.
Kazmekhanomontazh was established in 2004 and deals with construction, production of construction materials and goods, building and assembly jobs and common excavation, assembly of metal constructions, devises for oil, petrochemical, mining and other industry sectors
Avtomatika was established in 1994 and provides "turnkey" services, develops projects on production automation, power supply, fire safety automation and fibro-optical lines.
