OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2009. Ilze Bagatska resigns from the position of the Board member. She will continue working in the Board of the new Krajbanka subsidiary, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The Board Krajbanka decided to establish the limited liability company “LKB Collect”, obtaining 100% shares of the capital of the company.

The stock capital of SIA “LKB Collect” will comprise LVL 10 000; the company will be located in Riga, 15 Jana Dalina Street. After registration in the commercial register, the company will deal with credit collection and restructuring legal issues.
