OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2009. By Resolution of Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine PJSC "MEGABANK" a preliminary permit to acquire the status of bank with foreign capital has been granted. About this informed Megabank’s head of securities and stock market division Alexey Yatsenko, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

As per his words, the mentioned permit was granted in connection with signing August 20, 2009 an agreement with EBRD and KfW about granting to "Megabank" financing for the amount of EURO 28,9 million. The financing program  foresees joint acquisition by EBRD and KfW 30% of shares of PJSC "MEGABANK" (15% each institution).
