OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2009. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About obligatory insurance of civil liability of employer” in the Training center “Sugurta olami” of the company “Uzbekinvest” on 10-11th of September was held training seminar for NEIIC “Uzbekinvest” territorial branches staff.

The main aim of conducting the seminar was introduction of the Law, studying tariff calculation rules of employer`s liability insurance and Decree of Cabinet Ministries of the Republic of Uzbekistan #177 from 24.06.2009y. “About actions on realization of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About obligatory insurance of civil liability of employer”.

During the practical classes and presentations on this subject, which were held by leading specialists of the Company, mechanisms and rules of civil liability insurance were discussed in details, methodical recommendations were given on realization of OICLE, practical classes on preparation and filling necessary documents were conducted, order of regulating insurance claims of this particular type of insurance were studied.

It is known, that the Law provides regulation of social relations, emerging in sphere of obligatory insurance of civil liability of employer for harming life and health of workers during the work and determines legal, economic and organizational bases of its realization. Introduction of the Law, first of all, provides the need on formation of reliable system of social defense of the people and imposes high requirements on liable approach to the given task, organization of effective mechanism of work with potential insurance clients.
