OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2009. The solemn ceremony of opening the Service Centre of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ Public Corporation) was held in Ashgabat. The Service Center constructed by ASIA Diesel Ltd Company – the UAZ distributor in Turkmenistan will service all the models of the vehicles produced by Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, which is affiliated with the SOLLERS Company.

The UAZ Service Centre occupies the spacious comfortable premiers with lifters, necessary equipment and tools to ensure warranty repair and maintenance of vehicles of different types. In the territory of the Centre there is the auto sales centre with the show-room where a variety of the models of UAZ vehicles are demonstrated.

Production of Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant is in increased demand on Turkmen market. For the past two years Turkmenistan has increased exports as high as five times that conditioned the need to open the service centre for the rapidly expanding fleet of UAZ vehicles including off-road vehicles and four types of all-wheel drive minibuses.

Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant is one of Turkmenistan’s long-term partners. The world-renowned brand stipulated the choice in favor of long-term cooperation with the Russian corporation, whose dealer network includes three sales centres in Ashgabat, Balkanabat and Turkmenbashi. The vehicles produced by the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant are known for the cross-country ability, high comfort and modern design.

UAZ vehicles are widely used in the military, agricultural and other sectors, as ambulance cars in particular.
