Extraordinary BoD session which chose new members of the Company's Management Board. Currently, the Management Board is as follows:

Valery RODIN, General Director

Yuri LEBEDEV, Deputy General Director for Technical Issues - Chief Operating Officer

Sergey SEMERIKOV, Deputy General Director for Capital Construction, Strategic Development and Investments

Sergey ZOLOTAREV, Deputy General Director for Development and Service Sales

Olga ABROSIMOVA, Chief Accountant

Aleksei KRASNIKOV, Deputy General Director for Security and Controlling

The BoD also approved Evgenyi POPOV as Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance.

Besides, the BoD approved the issue on transition to RAB tariff model on the Company's service area since January 01, 2010.
