OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2009. A delegation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development led by Paul Moffat, EBRD Senior Counselor arrived in Ashgabat to take part in III International Exhibition Turkmentel-2009 and the Turkmenistan and Global Communication Systems International Scientific Conference.

The members of the delegation of the world’s large financial organisation will be received at the Government of Turkmenistan and hold the talks with the high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Communication and the Turkmentelekom State Telecommunications Company. The agenda of the talks will focus on the ways to further expand mutually advantageous cooperation in compliance with the ongoing social and economic reforms of Turkmenistan.
