OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2009. The Sanitary-Industrial Laboratory (the SIL) of “Kyzyl CHP”, JSC passed through federal accreditation. Main task of the laboratory is production sanitary-hygienic and industrial ecology control.

In July 2009, the laboratory passed through an exam of the federal bodies of regulation and supervision in the field of analytical control. Examination of activities of the sanitary-industrial laboratory (the SIL) of the Kyzyl CHP regarding its technical competence was carried out in accordance with the order of “Ulyanovo Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification” Federal State Institution. During the examination, members of the commission were introduced to structure and organization of works on implementation of measuring, quantitative chemical analysis and drawing of samples declared for accreditation, as well as examined a set of documents of the SIL and evaluated correspondence of the data provided for by the documents with actual standing as of the moment of examination. The commission also evaluated workability of material and technical base of the laboratory, presence of necessary regulatory, organizational and methodical documents, practical activities of the SIL, qualification and professional skills of employees, and examined the system for quality provision acting in the SIL including the system for internal laboratory control over quality and reliability of results of measuring carried out at the laboratory.

According to results of the implemented examination, the SIL of the Kyzyl CHP got a corresponding certificate of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology. The document approves conformity of the laboratory to all existing requirements to determine its technical competence which significantly extended potential of the laboratory. Now, specialists of the SIL have the ability to render services to outside organizations.
