OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2009. The heating season in the regional center started today, on 14 September 2009 in accordance with decree of the Head of Krasnoyarsk city. Enterprises of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” are absolutely ready for the heating season. All repair events planned for the non-heating season are completed. Works on heat supply have been started at production branches of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” at the Krasnoyarsk CHP-1, CHP-2 and CHP-3. Measures on filling of heating grids with hot water and organization of circulation are being implemented at heating grids. Due to long-haul heating grids of Krasnoyarsk, 2-3 days are needed for their complete filling, circulation and testing of damages.

Heating grids are already filled with hot water at main pipelines supplying heat from the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-2 (parts of Sverdlovsky, Tsentralny, Zheleznodorozhny and Oktyabrsky city districts) and the Krasnoyarsk CHP-3 (“Severny” housing estate, “Vzletka” microdistrict, Aerovokzalnaya Street, Partizana Zheleznyaka Prospect Street, part of “Zelenaya Roscha” housing estate including Krasnodarskaya Street, Sergeya Lazo Street and partly Metallyrgov Prospect Street). Organization of circulation of grids and temporary connection of consumers with following setting heat supply regime are to be carried out today and tomorrow. Majority of heating grids at these districts of the city are expected to start operation with standard pressure and temperature parameters up to the evening on 15 September.

The procession of connection at the part of the main pipeline supplying consumers from the Krasnoyarsk CHP-1 (Kirovsky, Leninstry districts of the city, a part of Sverdlovsky district close to the Circus and A.Timoshenkova Street) due to its big length and branching. Standard parameters here are expected to be reached up to the evening on 16 September.

To notice, hot water is to appear in houses of the citizens due to readiness of both main pipelines and house heating systems. Switching of the system from summer to winter regime sis to be carried out in every house. It will take some time.

Housing organizations will switch heating on at serviced objects beginning with the socially important ones due to own readiness and achievement of proper heat-transfer medium parameters at heating points today and tomorrow.
