OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2009. Implementation of new products is going on at Mechanic Repair Complex under orders of our corporate colleagues.

Production of pig iron bases, weighted over 43 tons each, is implemented under order of Industeel in France.

This product is unique because pig iron casting is produced in three electric arc furnaces at the same time.

In the picture - It is mould casting from two ladles at the same time.

Process plan of the order and project planning of technological equipment was made by specialists of production manager service, Mechanic Repair Complex.

Base casting is produced at forging and casting production facilities.
