OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2009. “HSG Zander RUS” GmbH took part in International Real Estate Investment forum PROEstate 2009 which was held on September, 3-5 in Saint Petersburg.

2500 people from 19 countries and 30 regions of the Russian Federation visited the forum this year. Business program consisted of 24 events that covered main tendencies of commercial real estate market development as well as new technologies in the sphere of investment, development, urban planning and facility management.

Victor Efremov, General Director, was one of the speakers in the panel discussion “Property and Facility Management. Cost – efficiency”. The discussion touched upon such topics as cost reduction for FM services, advantages of FM company attraction, price competition and fight against dishonest market competition.
