OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2009. Ukrainian car manufacturers have cut production for more than 6 times in 8 months of 2009. 49491 cars (6.2 times lower than in 2008), 1486 hard trucks (6.6 times lower than in 2008) and 635 busses (12 times lower than in 2008)   were produced in 8 months of 2009.

This news is undoubtedly NEGATIVE for Ukrainian carmakers such as Bogdan < LUAZ UZ U/R >, AvtoKraz < KRAZ UZ N/R > and UkrAvto < AVTO UZ N/R > and Millennium Capital does not see any signs for demand restoration till the end of 2009.
