Stroylesmetall Plans to Built Timber Processing Mill
OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2009. Stroylesmetall LLC plans to built a further processing mill in Kushchevskiy municipality of Krasnodar region, as deputy director general Aleksandr Belyakov informed Lesprom Network. The plant will produce 120,000 to 300,000 cubic meters of house kit components annually.
The company attracts US75,000 of investments, but these are only spoken agreements with investors at the moment, no agreements have been concluded to date. The project will be presented at the Sochi 2009 investment forum.
It is planned to establish a close-circuit waste-free system which would be independent in terms of energy. Planitec and Weinig equipment will be installed at the mill.
The mill will use wood fiber from Krasnodar (20%) and other regions (Siberia and Ural in particular, 80%).
For the domestic market, the company will produce construction board and easy-to-assemble house kits. The further processing wood products, laminated veneer lumber and other joinery will be exported.
