OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2009. A residential complex with underground parking is to be raised on 10 Peschanaya Street in northern Moscow.

According to a source from City Hall, the structure will be developed on the 1.51-hectare site.

“The ultimate area of the object is designed to be 44,400 square metres, including a 32,400-square-metre superstructure and a 12,000-square-metre substructure. The underground car park will have the capacity for about 320 vehicles,” the official added.
