Bayan Sulu (Kostanai, hereinafter – the company), common shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of August 24, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the document:

- AFS approved the comp[any report on shares offering results;

- the issue as divided into 6,666,667 common shares;

- the company shares issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А2412;

- as of April 27, 2009 all company shares were offered its authorized capital  was formed in the size of KZT1,887,698,840.
