OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2009. The Board of Directors examined reports on efficiency of retail and corporate business of Joint Stock Commercial Bank AK BARS for the first half of 2009, reported the press-centre of AK BARS Bank.

The Board of Directors approved Regulations “On conducting stress-testing” and “On limits policy” of the Bank, related-party deals, as well as amendments into Regulations “On the procedure of liquidity management” and “On procedure of risk management”.

The date of the extraordinary meeting of AK BARS Bank shareholders was fixed - 19.10.2009.
