OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2009. Kapital Bank in order to achieve its ambitious strategic goals made some changes in organizational structure, reported the press-centre of Kapital Bank.

In line with the said decision two new departments are created. They are Department on Risks management and Department dealing with bad debts. They were established to meet the international requirements more, to manage the risks and to provide appropriate control over the credit portfolio. The Bank supports the reasonable conservatism and focused on quality of credit portfolio and its diversification. The quality of collateral is steadily monitored.

Besides, some departments were renamed. Thus, strategic development and marketing department is calling now strategic planning and marketing, plastic cards and retail department became retail department, central secretariat is human resources department, administration affairs department was renamed to administrative management department. It wouldn’t be acceptable to take the given changes as simply technical issue: the management of the Bank supposes that the new structure should create some relevant conditions for effective work and in the approved manner orientate the departments.
