OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2009. On behalf of Air Astana, we would like to express our appreciation for being a member of our loyalty program “Nomad Club”, reported the press-centre of Air Astana.

We are continuously seeking opportunities for improvement of benefits to our Nomad Club Members such as the increased free baggage allowance for Silver and Gold Members recently announced and we are aiming to introduce simplified services to our Members before end 2009.

Hereby we want to inform you that from the October 01st, 2009 Nomad Club Terms and Conditions, rule 4.c.i “Points Validity” will be revised.

Currently your award points remain valid if at least one flight or partner transaction is recorded in your account within 18 months. With the amendment effective from the October 1st, 2009 the validity of each award point will be 24 months from the moment of its accrual. Unutilized points will expire after 24 months of their accrual.

The validity period of all points accumulated up to the September 30th, 2009 will be prolonged for 24 months regardless of the date of accrual.

Detailed information of your points accrued after October 01st, 2009 and their expiry date are available on your personal account accessible through our website.
