OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2009. In connection with termination of powers of the Board of directors, the general meeting of shareholders of Kazakhtelecom JSC decided to elect the following persons, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom:

2) Mukhtar Abdrakhmanov;

3) Kuanyshbek Yessekeyev;

4) Askar Dostiyarov;

5) Nikolay Klinchev;

6) Dmitry Larionov;

7) Aigul Nuriyeva;

8)  Yermek Okayev;

9)  Pieter Hamelink.

Askar Zhumagaliyev, Chairman of the Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC by his position enters the composition of the Board of directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC due to the clause 1 of the article 36 of the Statutes of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
