OREANDA-NEWS. September 11, 2009. The Kapital Bank continues realization of Decree of President of Azerbaijan dated August, 4, 2003 On Measures to  Improve Azerbaijani State Pension System to pensioners with  plastic cards.

The bank reports that the  Kapital Bank fulfilled  all obligations  to provide  pensioners with  plastic cards.

“The bank has already issued 450,000 plastic cards to pensioners to receive pensions through ATMs,” the bank said.

Let’s note that over 1 million pensioners have plastic cards in Azerbaijan that makes about 97% out of total number of pensioners.
