OREANDA-NEWS. September 11, 2009. Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of PRAVEX-BANK (Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group) took place, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK.

Decision on increase of the bank's authorized capital by UAH 570,123,450.00 was made at the meeting, with additional contributions by means of closed (private) placement of additional issue of ordinary registered shares at par value of UAH 1 per share. Thus, after observance of all necessary procedures, the authorized capital of the bank will amount to UAH 1,561,622,589.00.

Apart from that, the General Shareholders' Meeting approved the Bank's Articles of Association in new version according to the Law of Ukraine "On Joint-Stock companies", and renaming of "PRAVEX-BANK" Joint-Stock Commercial Bank to Public Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank "PRAVEX-BANK" was approved.
