OREANDA-NEWS. September 11, 2009. The Agency will neither review the tariffs for electrical and heating power production by HEPS. Director General of the National Agency for Regulation in Energy sector Vadim Ceban, noting that that adjustment of the expenses with to the conditions of energy by distribution enterprises during first months of the current year fall within 3 per cent deviation allowed by the current tariff methodology.

Talking on the reasons of refuse to review the tariffs for HEPS production he has stressed that this year the expenses of these enterprises have increased a lot, which causes financial losses of 2% from the expenses set in the tariffs.

These losses and HEPS-NORD financial losses from heat supply to end users fall within 3 per cent deviation allowed by the current tariff methodology.
