OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2009. Prices for oil products sold by Belneftekhim through filling stations have jumped 10% on average for the first time since December 2008. Oil product prime costs were increased as well, the Belneftekhim press service said.

In December 2008 the prices for oil products were revised downward by 10% due to a decrease in world oil prices in H2 2008.

The price situation on the international oil market has altered so far. “An average price for one ton of oil purchased by the Belarusian oil refineries in August 2009 was 2.57 times higher of that in December 2008”.
