OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2009. At its sitting the Government has unanimously approved 28 normative-legal acts directed to improvement of conditions for small and average business in Ukraine.

According to the head of the State Committee for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Olexandra Kuzhel, who reported in this issue, these decisions in particular, concern social protection of enterprises and their legal relations with their employees. Notably, one of the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers has simplified a system of liquidation of agreement between entrepreneur and hired employee in case the latter systematically ignores contained in it conditions.

Moreover, the head of the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Regulatory Policy imparted the Government also backed interests of invalids who have a wish to work and envisaged creation of a register of such people with providing basic training necessary for the employment: “We don’t avoid the duty to create state places for invalids. We support 100% this state policy”.

The head of State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Regulatory Policy stressed changes to the Order of allocation of payment of state assistance to families with children envisage that entrepreneurs staying on maternity leave will get a chance to work part-time which, pursuant to the legislation, will enable them not to liquidate their business.

Olexandra Kuzhel also informed that the Gov’t had included changes to the Law on transport-dispatcher activity that envisages creating of guarantee fund in the amount of not less than 6 thousand of exemption limits.

Besides, according to Olexandra Kuzhel, a decision on digital registration of enterprises was approved meaning introduction of a simplified registration procedure.

She emphasized that the documents also contain setting up Main department for regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and Department for permission and administrative services that, in her opinion, will improve relations between entrepreneurs and state employees.

Moreover, Olexandra Kuzhel aired changes to the List of specialties along which specialists are trained have been included, in particular it is envisaged that specialists and bachelors for work in hotels have to be readied by European Football Championship of 2012.
