OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2009. Siauliu bankas is changing the deposit interest rates. The interest paid for one-year time deposits in litas will reach 9.5 per cent, in euros  - 5.3 per cent, in US dollars - 3.3 percent. The clients will receive 9.2 per cent for 9-month time deposits in litas, while 5 per cent of annual interest will be paid for the same period deposit in euros. The bank shall pay 9.8 per cent of annual interest for the Child’s deposit, reported the press-centre of Siauliu Bankas.

The depositors will receive an attractive annual interest of 10.10 per cent for a time deposit with the variable interest rate placed in litas for five-year period. The interest paid for this type of deposit placed in national currency for the four-year period will reach 10 per cent.

The depositors wishing to receive higher interest for the time deposits can place them via the Internet using SB linija or order Visa Electron or Maestro payment cards while placing a deposit - then annual interest will be by 0.2 per cent higher.
