OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2009. Bakcell, one of the leading mobile operators in Azerbaijan, opened a new Bakcellim Customer Care and Service Center in the town Sheki.

Director General of Ineke Botter said at an opening ceremony that Bakcell have enhanced its network in Azerbaijan’s north-west.

“Besides our philosophy is to be closer to customers and by opening this centre in Sheki we are getting nearer to the citizens of the town. Bakcellim attracts local residents to work in this and other centres and in order to contribute to the region’s economy,’’ she said

This is already the sixth Bakcellim center that was opened by Bakcell this year.

By the end of 2009,  Bakcell plans to open similar  centres, including  12 ones will be located in the country’s regions and 5 centres  – in Baku.

The new Bakcellim centers offer the whole range of customer care services for Bakcell’s Cin, Klass and Gold subscribers.
