OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2009. Block Listing of up to 93,399,999 Global Depositary Receipts. Admission to Listing of USD 650,000,000 Senior Unsecured Convertible 7.25% Bonds due 2014.

September 9, 2009 - Evraz Group S.A. (LSE: EVR) (“Evraz” or “the Company”) has today made a block listing application for the admission of up to 93,399,999 GDRs to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange. Each GDR represents one third of an ordinary share in the capital of the Company.

The Company has applied for the block listing to admit to listing GDRs to be issued from time to time upon conversion of the Bonds and additional GDRs that may, in the future, be issued by the Company for other purposes.

The Company has also applied today for the Bonds to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.

It is expected that admission will be granted in respect of both the GDRs and the Bonds on 10 September 2009.
