OREANDA-NEWS. On 9 September 2009 was announced, that Aleksandr Kosovan, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development, held a meeting at the headquarters aimed at developing Well House high-rise residential complex on Leninsky Avenue on September 5.

The skyscraper under construction on 111/2 Leninsky Avenue is the 29th and the last one intended for deceived partners of the building projects in Moscow. The structure is being completed by Mirax Group.

Well House is included in the New Ring of Moscow program aimed at high-rise development.

The work at the object is coming to an end – the public spaces are being decorated, the engineering services are being adjusted, the area is being improved.

The residential complex is to be commissioned by 2010.

According to Mr Kosovan, the problem of financing the work remains has been solved together with the head of Mirax Group, Sergey Polonsky. The development is to be financed completely by the end of September.
