OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2009. PJSC "Megabank" timely and in full volume has paid out coupon on bonds serial Е. All bond holders a coupon in the amount of 44,88 UAH per one bond has been paid out, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

Main conditions of issue of bonds serial "Е":
Amount of issue – 100 000 000, 00 UAH;
Par value of one bond – 1000,00 UAH;
Bond movement – 1 096 calendar days, from 10 December 2007 till 10 December 2010;
Payment of a coupon – quarterly;
Rate of coupon for 5th 8th interest periods – 18% p.a.;
Number of offers – 2 (02.12.2008, 07.12.2009).

June 2009 independent rating agency "Credit-Rating" confirmed the long term credit rating uaA- of issue of interest bonds (serial E-F) PLC "Megabank" for the amount of UAH 200 million.
