JSC VTB Bank hereby informs that in connection with its previously announced offering of up to nine trillion ordinary shares with a par value of 0.01 Roubles per share at an offering price of 4.82 kopecks per share, 796 shareholders of JSC VTB Bank as of 13 May 2009 have exercised their preemptive rights to acquire 3,735,146,982,583 additional Shares, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.
