OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2009. In July-August, ROSNO has concluded four large cottage insurance contracts for 19,861,814 US dollars in total. All of the insured cottage houses are owned by private individuals and located in Odintsovsky District of the Moscow Region, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insured objects have been protected under the comprehensive cottage insurance program Citadel covering the cottage house itself, its internal furnishing and plumbing systems.

In the dacha community Uspenskoye, two residential houses owned by a single private individual, together with movable property, have been insured for the total amount of 1,208,849 US dollars. The property has been insured against all risks: fire, explosion, lightning stroke, unlawful third-party actions, burglary, robbery, brigandage; flood, natural disasters, aircraft impact, collision with transport vehicles, glass breakage, damage by extraneous objects; rescue-related expenses, and cleaning-up expenses.

The cottage house with garage and movable property, located in the village Tagankovo, has been insured for 16 million US dollars. The property insurance coverage is a full package including additional risks associated with the need to rent another apartment in case of an insured accident, and costs of early return (if the owner is outside the country at the time of an insured accident).

In the same village, another house and movable property kept therein have been insured against all risks. The insurance amount is 1.6 million US dollars.

Another house with movable property and an auxiliary installation in the village Znamenskoye has been insured against all risks for 1,052,965 US dollars.
