OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2009. The Government has set up a Coordination Council within the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to control issues of providing citizens with flats and approved an Order of distribution of flats purchased by the State Mortgage Institution.

The Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko announced that during the session of the Government. Besides, the Gov’t has endorsed a decision on purchase by the State Mortgage Institution of 720 flats for the total sum of UAH 198223.62 thousand in residential houses already put in exploitation and in the unfinished housing objects that are to be put in exploitation by December 25, 2009.

In the process of discussion of the abovementioned normative documents Yulia Tymoshenko commissioned the Ministry of Regional Development and Building to prepare by the following meeting of the Government simplification of all possible procedures of putting in exploitation of accommodation that is bought by the state from building companies for social categories of citizens. “If we drag out with putting in exploitation while the people are waiting for flats and builders – for 30% extra charge, this program will not be as effective as we wish,” the Premier explained.

In his turn, present at the Governmental session with a building project in the framework of the Governmental program for providing with social accommodation deputy director of the association Mykhaylo Radchenko expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and the Government for the rendered support of the building branch under conditions of financial and economic crunch. According to him, the approved program of the Government for providing with social accommodation enables not only to support citizens who will obtain their own flats but to the building companies and producers of adjoining branches.

For the session of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to considering of issues of realization of the Governmental program for support of building branch the projects were presented also by founder of branch enterprise of Zakhidbudservice of open joint-stock company Yavorivbud Hryhoriy Martynyk, main engineer of closed joint-stock company Most-Invest Yurii Potapov, director of Novi Tekhnologiyi (New Technologies) limited company Rostyslav Pikhelson, director of Dobro-Budinvest limited company Olexandr Pushenko.
