OREANDA-NEWS. On 4 September 2009 was announced, that sound deposit policy and beneficial interest rate on deposits contribute considerably to the growth of the population deposits.

In July the growth of population deposits with Prominvestbank made UAH 91.0 million and as at August 1, 2009 the amount of population deposits made UAH 9.0 billion. In 2009 there were established some new deposit programs for about UAH 4.0 billion, for example, the people deposited: UAH 1.1 billion - to the 'Nadiyny' (Safe) deposit; UAH 973 million - to 'Dobrobut' (Welfare) deposit; UAH 35.8 million - to short-term deposit 'Express'; UAH 380.0 million - to 'Spivdruzhnist' (Brotherhood) deposit under the terms of 'Suggestion for friends' action.
