OREANDA-NEWS. On 4 September 2009 was announced, that OGK-1 Board of Directors had elected a new Management Board. The new Management Board comprises 11 members instead of 10.

The following members of the Management Board represent managing company INTER RAO UES of Russia: Management Board Member, Head of Asset Management Division of OJSC INTER RAO UES, OGK-1 Executive Director Sergey Tolstoguzov, Management Board Member, Head of Investment Programs of OJSC INTER RAO UES Sergey Rumyantsev and Management Board Member, Head of Financial Division, Financial Director of OJSC INTER RAO UES Alexander Nikitin.

The following members have kept their seats in the Management Board: Deputy Executive Director for Operating Activities of OGK-1 Roman Milyaev, Deputy Executive Director for Investments of OGK-1 Alexey Mintyukov, Deputy Executive Director for Financial and Economy Issues of OGK-1 Sergey Kirov, OGK-1 Chief Engineer Leonid Sokolov, Director of Iriklinskaya GRES – OGK-1 Subsidiary - Rifat Rakhmatulin, Legal and Corporate Governance Director of OGK-1 Dmitriy Makarov, Commercial Director of OGK-1 Vladimir Paley and Director for Procurement of OGK-1 Sergey Yanson.

The election of managing company’s representatives to the Management Board is connected with OGK-1’s integration into the structure of INTER RAO UES Group and the necessity to strengthen financial performance and increase Company’s profit, as well as to finance its large scale investment program.
